I wanted to personally welcome all of our new Commonwealth Care Bridge members to CeltiCare Health Plan.  We wish to make the transition from your previous coverage to CeltiCare as smooth and easy as possible.  Members will receive notification prior to enrollment with specific details regarding the plan, and how to get started.   If you have any questions about the information or about current care you may be receiving, please feel free to call our Member Services department at (866)895-1786. 

The program will be available to members in three phases:

October 1, 2009: Greater Boston

November 1, 2009: Northern and Southern Regions of the State and;

December 1, 2009: Central and Western Region of the State

We look forward to working with you and assisting you with your healthcare needs.
