Commonwealth Care Technical Issue
Due to a technical problem, the Primary Care Provider (PCP) information on the Commonwealth Care website and from the Commonwealth Care Call Center was inaccurate. As of Friday, June 10th, the information has been corrected. If you reviewed your PCP options between June 1st and June 10th, you should call the MA Health Connector at (877) 623-6765, TDD/TTY (877) 623-7773, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., or visit their website at www.MAhealthconnector.org, to verify the accuracy of the information you received.

Members can now make a health plan change through Friday, July 8, 2011. Changes made between now and June 30th at 5:00 p.m. will be effective on July 1, 2011. Changes made between July 1st and July 8th will be effective on August 1, 2011.
