CeltiCare Direct - This is our easiest plan to join - enroll online today! CeltiCare Commonwealth Choice - This is commercial insurance for individuals, families and small group employers, offered through the Health Connector. CeltiCare Commonwealth Care - This plan covers individuals who qualify under the Massachusetts Commonwealth Care Law. CeltiCare Commonwealth Bridge - This plan covers individuals who qualify under the Massachusetts Commonwealth Care Bridge Law.
