Complaints and Appeals

CeltiCare Health wants you to contact us if you have any concerns with your care or services. Our Member Services department will help you resolve your concerns. If your concerns extend beyond what Member Services can answer for you, you have the right to make an Inquiry, Grievance, or Internal Appeal. You also have the right to voice any concerns to MassHealth at any time. You may call the MassHealth Customer Service center at the number at the bottom of the page.
